If you feel that your payment card payment should have been approved please contact your payment card company and tell them that you were trying to make an on-line purchase with Web-Tokens.com and it was not approved/authorized. They will be able to tell you exactly why it was not approved. In many cases your payment card company blocked the transaction waiting for you to call them and provide them a verbal authorization. Once they cleared your account for a charge by Web-Tokens.com you will need to place your order again.
You wont be double charged, If you are please email CustomerService@web-tokens.com and the duplicate charge will be refunded.
